Shipping policy

Local Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available for product during Spa hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call 519-886-2090 or email front@ginaspa.com to make arrangements.

    Canada

    • Standard shipping fees are determined by weight. Products up to 0.75kg will be shipped at $20.25. Products between 0.75kg and 2kg will be shipped at $25.00. Products between 2kg and 30kg will be shipped at $28.00.
    • Expedited shipping fees are determined by weight. Products less than 0.75kg will be shipped at $25.00. Products between 0.75kg and 2kg will be shipped at $28.00.
